Our In-House Marketing Representative Remote Booking Agent professionals focus on relationship building as they book our guests on tours to explore world-class destinations and create lifelong memories. Imagine a job that combines elements of:

  • Part Resort Concierge
  • Part Marketing Professional
  • Part Travel Agent

This is a fully remote position. You will meet with owners via phone, build rapport, and offer them a memorable experience in just 90 minutes, showcasing endless vacation possibilities with our company.

Job Requirements
  • Vacation Ownership experience required.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of sales experience; preferred.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the timeshare industry, customer service, and quality fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, company intranet, and adherence to policies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
