Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketer to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts, guiding them to a favorable sales presentation. You will coordinate with resort staff to align arrival sheets and scheduling, presenting value and ensuring qualified attendance.

You will operate as a brand ambassador, maintain performance targets, and participate in ongoing training. This role emphasizes teamwork, market knowledge, and consistent communication with the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.

Job Summary

In‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time) and compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Job experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
