Clement Manor is seeking a qualified LPN for in-house pool coverage in Wisconsin. The role requires two weekend shifts per month and coverage on one major and one minor holiday, including either Christmas Day or Christmas Eve.

The LPN will provide direct nursing care, document treatment, and work closely with the care team to maintain high standards. Flexibility in scheduling is offered with bonuses for shifts taken outside requirements and shift differentials for second/third shifts.

Qualifications

• WI LPN license is required.
• Two weekend shifts per month.
• One Major Holiday and One Minor Holiday required.
• Christmas Day or Christmas Eve required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for assigned unit.
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure continuity of quality care.
• Use verbal and nonverbal communication showing respect and quality service.
• Administer prescribed medications or start IV fluids and document times and amounts.
