We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and have the opportunity to counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. • JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
