ES3 Minerals LLC in Austin, Texas is seeking an In-House Landman to support acquisition, title review, curative, and management of mineral and royalty interests. This role ensures that acquired interests are properly documented, marketable, and maintained within the company’s portfolio.

You will coordinate title review, prepare conveyance documents, and verify ownership while maintaining accurate records across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in oil and gas title, mineral acquisitions, or land work preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and title instruments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication with sellers, operators, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Run title to patent or sufficient depth to verify ownership.
• Review deeds, probates, trust documents, and other title instruments.
• Coordinate with sellers to execute conveyance documents within contract timelines.
• Prepare conveyance documents into company entities based on purchase agreements.
• Review division orders for accuracy and ensure pay status.
• Maintain title, curative, and ownership information in records.
