In-House IP & Corporate Lawyer Remote (Full-Time, UK Hours)

Location: Remote (India)

Salary: 3.50 6.00 LPA
Growth: Guaranteed 5% salary increase every 4 months
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM UK Time (2:30 PM 10:30 PM IST)

DropNet Ltd is a UK-based eCommerce company with fast-growing brands in EV charging (Vorsprung) and wellness (Benjamin Button). We sell across Amazon, Shopify, and global marketplaces. As we expand, we're hiring a skilled legal professional in India to manage our legal operations full-time.

Your Role

Join as our dedicated in-house legal counsel handling a wide range of responsibilities from intellectual property to contracts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• File and manage UK & Madrid Protocol trademarks
• Coordinate with global IP attorneys and handle brand protection
• Draft/review NDAs, commercial/vendor/sponsorship contracts
• Manage Amazon and marketplace compliance for product listings
• Support UK sponsorship processes (CoS allocation, SMS portal)
• Maintain legal records and assist internal teams

This Role Requires Daily Attention To:

• Amazon compliance, IPI score, and account health monitoring
• Responding to listing issues, violations, and urgent action emails
• WIPO communications and legal deadlines
• Updating senior management on risks and required legal actions

Non-Negotiables:

• Must be available on Discord throughout the day to communicate with colleagues.
• Must use Any Desk throughout the day for work monitoring

You will be taking ownership of legal risk and compliance across Amazon and global operations in real-time.

Ideal Candidate

• LLM in IP or Corporate Law
• 2+ years experience (in-house)
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting/research
• Committed to UK hours (no freelance or part-time work on the side)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
