Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. in the United States seeks its first in-house counsel to build the legal function from the ground up and report directly to the CEO to shape multi-state care operations.

You will own corporate governance, value-based contracting, and regulatory compliance, while managing outside counsel, HIPAA, employment law, and AI governance in a fast-growing, hybrid care model across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthtech with a JD and bar admission.
• Deep experience in value-based care and CPOM, with a builder mindset.
