Job summary

6sense is hiring Employment Counsel to anchor employment and compliance work while flexing across broader legal remit. The role requires 5+ years of total legal experience, including at least 2 years in employment law, and a willingness to grow as a broad in‑house counselor.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant in‑house or private practice legal experience.
• Minimum 2 years in employment law, with experience advising on employee relations and policies.
• Experience supporting employment compliance, policies, training, investigations, audits, or related processes.
• Ability to use AI tools for research and drafting with careful verification and confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating multi‑jurisdictional employment matters incl. UK or India."

Responsibilities

• Advise on workplace policies, investigations, leave and wage issues across jurisdictions.
• Draft and review employment documents and related memos.
• Build and maintain compliance infrastructure and reporting processes.
• Support corporate governance and director/officer matters as needed.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Sales, Product, and other teams as a trusted advisor.
• Develop scalable playbooks and templates to improve speed and consistency.
