Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Employment Attorney in Los Angeles, CA to manage employment-related litigation and advisory matters for a dynamic client base. You will partner with HR and business leaders on discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and policy development.

The role requires 5–10 years of substantive labor and employment experience, CA bar, and strong writing and research skills. JD from an accredited school; in-house or defense experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of substantive labor and employment experience.
• Experience as an In‑House Employment Law Attorney or Employment Defense Attorney preferred.
• Experience handling labor and employment matters in federal and state courts.
