Dry Force Corp in Irving, TX is seeking an In-House Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response. You will work with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and staff, providing clear instructions and timely updates while ensuring service is delivered with empathy and urgency.

You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, dispatch teams in real time, input data across software platforms, and handle non-emergency requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.

Dry Force is currently hiring for our In-house Dispatch Team! We are seeking driven, service-minded professionals with emergency-services experience to contribute to a fast-growing and highly respected company.

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You'll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team that values professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Working Schedule Highlights

• Flexible Workweek: Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). In return, you receive two consecutive days off weekly.
• Shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM, including:
  • Examples: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM, etc.
  • No fixed recurring schedule; shift times vary based on company needs and team availability.
• Surge Periods: During high-demand times, dispatchers may work 10-hour shifts and are eligible for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
