Dry Force Corp in Irving, TX is hiring for our In-house Dispatch Team. We seek driven, service-minded professionals with emergency-services experience to coordinate responses.

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work with customers, technicians, and staff to dispatch on real-time basis, provide clear instructions, monitor ongoing jobs, and input data across software platforms. Flexible shifts, weekend requirement, overtime during surge periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You'll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team that values professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

Working Schedule Highlights

• Flexible Workweek: Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). In return, you receive two consecutive days off weekly.
• Shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM, including:
  • Examples: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM, etc.
  • No fixed recurring schedule; shift times vary based on company needs and team availability.
• Surge Periods: During high-demand times, dispatchers may work 10-hour shifts and are eligible for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
