Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate exercises to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will collaborate with product and research teams to shape legal AI workflows and translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for the AI system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
