Job summary

A leading digital sports platform is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage litigation and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and eDiscovery management. This is an on-site role in Jacksonville, requiring 5–8 years of experience and a Juris Doctorate. Compensation package is competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional legal experience in litigation and/or regulatory practice.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation and regulatory inquiries.
• In-house experience with a leading company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on pre-litigation matters and communications with potential adverse parties.
• Support management of potential and active litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct eDiscovery workflows and support compliance initiatives.
