Skydance is seeking an attorney to join the legal department at the Paramount Pictures studios in Los Angeles, focusing on themed entertainment and live experiences. The counsel will support day-to-day business and legal affairs for experiences based on Skydance IP worldwide, including theme parks, live productions and consumer products.

Basic qualifications include CA license, 4+ years in transactional entertainment law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and strong client relations.

• 4+ years of transferable legal experience.
• Experience managing transactional matters for entertainment/media.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills for IP/entertainment agreements.
