Northbound Executive Search is seeking a stellar M&A or general corporate attorney to join as Counsel for a large PE fund in New York. You will advise on transactions, regulatory matters, and day-to-day issues; partner with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals; and manage outside counsel.

The position involves advising on a range of transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day matters; partnering with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals across the firm; and managing outside counsel.
