Job summary

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join its Legal Department in the Greater Harrisburg Area.

You will oversee litigation strategy, coordinate with outside counsel, and draft a wide range of agreements in healthcare and procurement, while guiding senior leadership on regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar in PA or another approved state, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar admission in PA/NY/MD/NH/FL/OH.
• At least 5 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house).
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate professional services, healthcare, and vendor agreements.
• Advise executive leadership on legal risks and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, licensing).
• Coordinate with internal teams on risk assessment and policy development.
