KTGY, a leading architecture and design firm, seeks an In-House Counsel to support architecture practice and corporate legal needs. You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage insurance, and develop corporate policies while collaborating with design and support teams.
The role requires a J.D. and bar admission with at least 3 years of experience and a business‑oriented, proactive approach to solving issues across multiple projects.

The new role of In-House Counsel will have an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the firm by supporting the firm’s core practice of architecture, as well as various corporate legal needs such as professional service contracts, insurance, development of corporate policies, business registration, and compliance. A tight collaborative relationship with all technical and support teams and a solid grasp of the AEC industry will be key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships across our organization through various communication methods and collaboration to adjust and pivot to the ever-changing needs of the firm. Trust, influence, and strong project management skills will be crucial to the success of this role.

The range that the company expects to pay is $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
