Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and enforce construction and restoration contracts.
• Lead lien-related matters, including notice requirements, filing, enforcement, and foreclosure coordination across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee and execute collection strategies from pre-lien through litigation.
• Act as lead negotiator on payment disputes involving property owners, commercial clients, and insurance carriers.
• Provide legal guidance on construction regulatory requirements, general business, and HR matters.

Compensation & Benefits: $125,000 - $200,000 per year + Performance Incentives (Partner Track Opportunity). Benefits include medical insurance.
