Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts for Flagship portfolio companies (e.g., MSAs, work orders, CDAs, research agreements).
• Conduct initial reviews and prepare redline drafts for senior attorney review.
• Support contract processes with Finance and Procurement; improve processes.
• Format documents for finalization and e-signature execution.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting contract completion.
