ARCO National Holdings is seeking a service‑minded transactional attorney to join our in‑house legal team. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction and commercial agreements while collaborating with teams across the United States to manage contract risk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of transactional construction experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. This is a demanding, collaborative position within a growing construction family.

Qualifications

• Licensed Attorney with 5+ years of transactional construction practice.
• Experience managing a high volume of contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Experience leading negotiations of construction contracts with sophisticated counterparties.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues and risks.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage construction and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with the legal team across the United States to manage contract risk.
• Understand business objectives when negotiating agreements.
• Maintain documentation related to construction contracts and day‑to‑day issues.
• Prepare and present training on legal issues in the construction industry.
• Assess and mitigate ARCO’s risk; assist operations and leadership.
• Manage communications and deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Direct work of shared paralegal support.
