Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and admission to practice law in Minnesota (or eligible for prompt admission).
• Proficient with MS Office, legal research, document management and related legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to PHS and affiliates in labor and employment matters and other litigation.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on employment matters, investigations, compliance, policies, and charges.
• Advise on regulatory, licensure, credentialing, and compliance matters; manage risk and insurance programs.
