Job summary

CHD In-Home Therapy team in Ware, MA is seeking a Creative, energetic Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to join the IHT team. The TT&S role provides structured one-to-one skill building for youth (0-20), coaching, and training in interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

The TT&S worker operates under the supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician to implement treatment plan objectives addressing mental health, behavioral and emotional needs, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, computer literate.
• Minimum of 1-year experience working with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured one-to-one “skill building” for youth (0–20) in areas like communication, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Assist families by addressing emotional and mental health needs and coordinating resources.
• Coordinate care with community providers under the supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician.
• Help youth and families understand and apply coping strategies in home settings.
