Job summary

Children’s Services of Roxbury, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Therapist to work 40 hours per week in Roxbury, MA.

You will collaborate with the treatment team to implement youth treatment plans and coordinate services with agencies such as DMH, DCF, DYS, DPH, and MCI. This role offers $26.45 per hour, after-school hours 2–8 pm Monday through Friday, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with 1–2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.
• Experience developing and facilitating training programs for families and/or staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions effectively; strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plan goals with caregivers and youth.
• Advocate for and coordinate resources supporting youth and family behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with community and state agencies to facilitate service access.
• Participate in Care Planning Team meetings when youth are enrolled in ICC.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and complete all required data entry.
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed services.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and quality/process improvement activities.
