3 Day Blinds is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. Company-provided appointments and three weeks of paid training support your start, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

You’ll manage your own schedule across a local territory, build relationships, generate referrals, and deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to design simple, effective solutions for clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
