3 Day Blinds (Sales) is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You'll work with company-provided appointments, receive three weeks of paid training, and have uncapped earning potential through commission. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits and local travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and local travel; territory is your office.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
