Window Nation is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present window replacement solutions, and tailor recommendations with integrity.

You will build relationships that lead to sales and provide an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through post-sale follow-up. The role offers aggressive, uncapped commissions and strong earning potential with structured ramp-up pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance to travel to customer homes for pre-set appointments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs.
