Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Knoxville Territory. Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options and help homeowners make same-day decisions.

This is a high-commission, in-home sales role with no project management or follow-up required. Earn uncapped commissions, paid training, and mentorship, plus benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Capable of lifting 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Able to navigate various iPad apps.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make same-day decisions.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close approach.
