A local window treatment company in Norman, Oklahoma, is seeking a candidate for in-home consultations to provide exceptional customer service and design advice. The ideal candidate will conduct 2 to 3 consultations per day, measure windows, and ensure order accuracy. This role offers flexible scheduling options and opportunities for growth. Candidates should be comfortable with customer-facing roles and able to lift 20 lbs. Work-from-home options are available as well.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20 lbs.
• Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder.

Responsibilities

• Complete 2 to 3 in-home consultations each day.
• Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice.
• Accurately measure windows and place orders for products.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
• Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure.
• Stay current on Window Treatment trends and product changes.
