Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking an experienced sales professional to close high-ticket residential water treatment deals. You will work with homeowners, manage a CRM pipeline, and leverage LifeSource-provided warm leads along with an in-house installation team.

The role emphasizes relationship selling, independent work, and achieving sales targets through weekly pay, a compensational draw, and competitive commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful high-ticket, B2B, or B2C sales experience.
• History of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Strong in-home presentation, closing and objection-handling skills.
• Experience prospecting and developing referral business.
• Experience managing using a CRM from initial contact through follow-up and close.

Responsibilities
