Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, evaluating water quality concerns and presenting water treatment solutions. You will build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience using company-provided leads.

Leads are provided with no cold calling, and compensation includes base salary plus commission during training, transitioning to uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Comfortable with in-home, consultative sales.
