Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, evaluate water quality concerns, and present water treatment systems. You will build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience while handling leads provided by our marketing team.

This role offers a base salary plus commission during training, transitioning to an uncapped commission structure. Evening and Saturday availability is required to fit customer schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Experience in in-home or outside sales preferred.
• Experience selling to homeowners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions.
