Heartstrings Pet Hospice, In-Home Euthanasia & Aftercare is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services in Washington, DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons Corner, Reston, and surrounding Virginia areas. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit family life.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability including some weekends.
• Hospice experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care.
• Coordinate with families to plan end-of-life visits.
• Maintain professional autonomy with support from leadership.
