Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an in-home associate veterinarian in the San Francisco, CA area. You will deliver hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, working as a mobile veterinarian while enjoying the flexibility to balance personal and professional life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Subject to background and motor vehicle record checks, pre- and post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in home settings.
• Operate as a mobile in-home veterinarian serving San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas.
• Practice medicine in alignment with Lap of Love values and under mentorship and onboarding support.
