BAMSI seeks In-Home Therapy Clinicians to offer therapeutic services to youth and families facing personal difficulties due to emotional and psychiatric challenges. This position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact through individual, family, and group therapy in various settings. Ideal candidates will hold a master's degree in social work or psychology and will be responsible for ongoing clinical support, record maintenance, and community engagement.

Our In-Home Therapy Clinicians at BAMSI provide services within the community to people of all ages, mainly youth who are experiencing personal difficulties in their lives due to psychiatric and/or emotional symptoms arising from current or past stressors, life crises, problems in school, developmental issues, mental illness, adjustment disorders, or substance abuse.
The Home Based Team (HBT) engages youth and families by providing needed supports and highly individualized services to help strengthen families, reduce child protective concerns, and encourage resiliency, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. In-Home therapy services involve a structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic relationship between a Clinician and the youth and family to address behavioral needs. Clinical services and assessments support youth and families challenged by emotional and physical stressors.
General Statement of Duties: Clinicians at BAMSI provide community-based services to individuals of all ages, primarily youth facing personal difficulties due to psychiatric and/or emotional symptoms stemming from stressors, crises, school issues, developmental challenges, mental illness, adjustment disorders, or substance abuse.
