Job summary

Empower U is seeking an In-Home Mental Health Clinician / Therapist to provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in New Jersey. You will develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based modalities.

This role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, no minimum caseload (unless salaried), and opportunities for supervision toward licensure. You’ll work within a supportive team and focus on meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations

Hourly Rate: $70–$100 (LMFT, LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, Psy.D)
