Job summary

TeamCare in New Jersey is seeking compassionate mental health providers to deliver counseling to children and families in-home. Positions are part-time with flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and assignments are tailored to your preferred locations within Ocean & Monmouth Counties.

No minimum caseload and ongoing supervision for licensure are available. Applicants should hold NJ licenses (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT/LAMFT) and complete background checks with references.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive background checks and professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to children ages 5-21 and families in home/community.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state and agency guidelines.
• Communicate with case manager for case management and coordination of services.
• Participate in ongoing assessment/evaluation meetings of the family’s treatment goals.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with agency core support team and leadership.
