Job summary

Help Group in Inglewood, CA is seeking a full-time licensed clinician to support the Partnerships for Families program. The role focuses on field-based mental health services, family support planning, and coordinated care with multiple agencies to protect and strengthen at-risk children and families.

Ideal candidates hold CA BBS licensure (AMFT/APCC/ACSW/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) with at least one year of relevant experience, and possess a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in CA.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments and identify/prioritize the needs of children and families across all domains.
  • Provide field-based mental health services, case management, and crisis intervention (including 24-hour availability as needed).
  • Develop and implement individualized Family Support Plans in collaboration with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community supports.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure coordination among agencies, including DCFS, DMH, courts, schools, and healthcare providers.
  • Complete all required documentation, reports, and evaluations in compliance with program guidelines and agency policies.
  • Participate in supervision, trainings, and meetings while maintaining professional standards, flexibility in scheduling, and overall program support.

Salary Range: $68,560.00 To $83,960.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of local community resources and experience working with diverse populations preferred
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
