Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to help implement treatment plans and support families in home settings. You will work under a licensed Clinician and collaborate with clients and caregivers to reach behavioral goals.

Responsibilities include promoting client functioning at home and in the community, and providing therapeutic support with supervision, while maintaining accurate records and participating in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Required).
• Experience working with children with behavioral–emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and families to reach in‑home therapy goals.
• Assist in improving the family/caregivers’ ability to provide support for the client’s functioning at home and in the community.
• Under supervision of a licensed Clinician, provide therapeutic support and maintain documentation as required.
