Asurion is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative in the Cleveland area. This part-time role requires afternoon and evening availability, with travel to customer residences. The position offers $23.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and sales commissions.

You will engage customers, learn our products, and apply the Serve, Solve, Sell approach to deliver value in the field. Training is provided to support growth in skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to drive to customer locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-home interactions.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
• Ability to learn product offerings and upsell appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction and aim to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and articulate product features; address tech issues and offer tailored solutions.
• Leverage company products to meet customer needs and close sales.
