Asurion in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative for a full-time field role that requires visiting customer homes, with a 12:05pm–9:00pm schedule and no remote work. You will receive paid training, a base hourly rate of $20.05, mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and uncapped commissions as you build product knowledge and solve tech issues while driving sales.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths.
Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.
Must be comfortable working around household pets.

Responsibilities

Serve: meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, pre‑scheduled interactions to meet or exceed targets; provide excellent customer service.
Solve: address and resolve customers’ tech issues with understandable solutions.
Sell: leverage products to tailor solutions and secure appropriate sales.
