Job summary

Asurion is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support team member in Albuquerque, NM. This entry‑level role travels daily to customer residences, not remote, with a 12:05pm–9:00pm schedule and a 5‑day work week.

You’ll learn our Serve, Solve, Sell approach, start with paid training, and gain hands‑on sales experience while building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving. Mileage reimbursements and a phone stipend accompany uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for starting your career.
• Willing to travel up to 120 miles one-way from your location.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Personal vehicle required (excluding motorcycles).
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home or in-office and strive to meet/surpass sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
• Address and resolve customers’ tech issues with understandable solutions.
• Sell Asurion products with tailored solutions and strong follow-up.
• Learn products and gain hands-on sales experience with ongoing coaching.
