Help At Home, LLC is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities in Senatobia, MS. This role emphasizes independent living, personal goals, and dignity.

Starting pay is $14–$16 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Health benefits and PTO are also offered to support caregivers and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and required training completed.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals develop daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, grooming, hygiene, and other personal care activities.
• Provide hands-on assistance based on individual needs while encouraging independence.
• Provide transportation and support participation in shopping, social events, and community activities.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and recognize their progress.
• Promote personal choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
