Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in human services, preferably with populations similar to those served.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Support Avalon clients in their apartments to maintain housing permanency.
• Clean and organize tenants' apartments as described in plans or inspections.
• Assist with laundry chores and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation and assist clients to attend appointments.
• Maintain written reports and document progress of clients.
• Recognize crisis or emergency situations and inform supervisor as needed.
