The role requires state licensure, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive hourly pay based on full-time hours and location. CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and document therapy.
• Strong communication with patients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ speech, language, swallowing and cognitive needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve communication and safety.
• Document progress and adjust plans with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
