Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in El Cajon, CA is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver truly patient-centered care in patients’ homes and surrounding communities.

This PRN position supports evaluation and treatment of neurological and complex disorders, with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and evidence-based practices to achieve durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, dysphagia, and AAC needs.
• Provide patient-centered care in home and community settings.
