Formación

• Must have an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California.
• Experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting within the last three years is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individual Plans of Care in collaboration with the physician.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and case managers.

Conocimientos

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license

Experience with adult/geriatric populations

Independence and schedule management

Educación

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Herramientas

BLS/CPR certification

Valid driver’s license
