A leading home health agency in California is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to provide skilled services for patients. Qualifications

• Must have experience with high acuity patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled services to assist patients with speech and swallowing.
• Evaluate and treat speech and language disorders.
• Serve as an educator and patient advocate.

Skills

Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Valid CA Driver's License

Knowledge of individual development and behavior

Experience in home health care
