Venture Home is a fast-growing residential energy company helping homeowners save on utility bills with solar, battery storage, and modern electrical upgrades. We’re seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who close deals and build trust with customers in-home, not door-knocking.

You’ll join appointment-setting teams that qualify leads and schedule meetings, while earning base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000) and benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales (in-home) is preferred.
• Experience in solar is welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to product offerings.
