American Solar & Roofing is hiring an Account Executive to close deals in homeowners’ homes. You will connect with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close face-to-face in the home. This is not a door-to-door sales role.

We provide marketing support and company-generated leads to supplement your pipeline, but success here is built on your drive to generate your own business and referrals. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, work with marketing and operations

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years Sales experience.
• Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
• Ability and comfort level to sell face to face.
• Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business.

• Educate homeowners on solar energy options through in-home consultations and personalized proposals.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing while meeting monthly sales goals.
