Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities in Gainesville, VA. You’ll develop individualized plans, deliver evidence-based treatment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patients’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensure and eligibility to practice Speech Language Pathology as required.
• Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Current certification in CCC (ASHA) and proficiency in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP services to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to support mobility, independence, and functional goals.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
